Russell grew up in Herts and thoroughly enjoyed his time at school. He was inspired to become a teacher as a result of his own school teachers.

Russell enjoys working with young people and challenges every student to join in and be part of as many different activities and opportunities as possible. Whether sports, music, performing arts or school trips.
